Shipping, Delivery, and Insurance Policy

At Nutrinect, all orders are shipped with tracking and carrier provided insurance.

USPS Included Insurance

All orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail include up to $100 of carrier provided insurance automatically through USPS. This insurance protects against loss, damage, or misdelivery by the carrier.

If a package is lost, misdelivered, damaged, or not received, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS using the provided tracking number.

Nutrinect is not responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery by the carrier once the package has been transferred to USPS.

Optional Delivery Insurance

At checkout, customers have the option to purchase additional delivery insurance through our shipping protection partner.

This additional insurance provides full coverage for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

If delivery insurance is purchased, claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider according to the instructions provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Declining Delivery Insurance

If delivery insurance is not purchased, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery that occurs after the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Nutrinect is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages when delivery insurance is declined.

Customers must file claims directly with USPS or the carrier insurance, if purchased.

Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, USPS considers the shipment complete.

If a customer cannot locate a delivered package, they must contact USPS directly and file a claim.

Nutrinect is not responsible for carrier delivery errors, theft, damage, or misdelivery once the package has been transferred to USPS.

USPS will review and reimburse approved claims directly to the claimant.

Instructions to file a claim with Route Insurance

If Route protection is purchased, claims must be filed directly with Route at:

Route pays quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Responsibility When Route Protection Is Declined

If Route Package Protection is declined at checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers must file claims directly with USPS using the included carrier insurance.
